Forecasting Healthy Futures is a unique opportunity to support a group of global health, technology, and public sector partners to come together to develop weather data-informed strategies and policies to improve health outcomes and accelerate progress against deadly mosquito-borne diseases.
Your support will ensure that Malaria No More and the Forecasting Healthy Futures initiative partners are able to make an impact in two distinct areas: build upon its technical work in India and global advocacy. By building upon our technical work in India, we can bring innovative solutions around evidence-based systems to anticipate and track emerging transmission patterns for mosquito-borne diseases to inform and strengthen disease management to more areas in the fight to eliminate malaria. Globally, we are part of the global climate and malaria program to elevate this issue and bring attention to this important intersection to thought leaders. Your support translates directly to tens of millions of people at risk of malaria protected by turning weather obstacles into opportunities by more precisely targeting and timing health interventions to reduce the increase risk that extreme weather and changing weather patterns post, especially on those most vulnerable.
